About the data
How big is the database?+
Currently 136M+ B2B contacts across the US and Canada, verified on reveal. Every contact has a real email, and we don't pad the count with empty records or quote inflated index sizes.
Where does the data come from?+
Aggregated from public business profiles, opt-in business directories, and verified-buyer data sources. Every contact has a documented provenance.
How fresh is the data?+
Every email is re-verified at reveal time (cached 30 days, then re-verified on the next reveal). The underlying contact records are ingested in batches as new sources are wired — we don't currently run a daily refresh cron.
Credits + billing
What counts as a credit?+
1 credit = 1 verified email reveal. Search is free and unlimited. You only spend credits when you verify or reveal a contact.
How does the refund work?+
Every email is verified at reveal time. Any contact our verification flags as non-deliverable refunds the credit to your balance immediately — tracked in your credit ledger. You only pay for emails that pass verification. Note: this is reveal-time verification, not downstream bounce-tracking on your inbox.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Credits reset monthly. We price tiers below typical usage so you don't burn budget on inventory you don't need.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Month-to-month. No annual contract. Cancel from your dashboard.
Privacy + compliance
Is the data GDPR-compliant?+
We currently block all EU IPs and EU-residency contacts entirely at signup and at every API endpoint (defense-in-depth at the edge and server-side). GDPR posture is not-collected. If we expand to EU coverage later, we'll operate on legitimate-interest basis with full opt-out.
What about CCPA and other US state laws?+
We block CA, TX, VT, and OR resident contacts entirely at ingest and at every API endpoint, avoiding US data-broker registration burden (CA SB-362, TX HB-4, VT 9 V.S.A. §2446, OR HB 2052). For other states, we honor opt-out requests within 30 days — email hello@leadsapp.com to remove your information.
Do you sell data to third parties?+
No. We sell access to a search/verify tool. Your search history and export logs are not shared with anyone.
AI + integrations
Do you have an MCP server?+
Yes — LeadsApp is a live MCP server + REST API, available on every plan including the free tier. Create an API key in your dashboard (the API & MCP tab), then connect Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Your agent gets six tools: search_contacts (free), verify_contact (verify ANY email free), check_contactability (is your agent permitted to contact them — a CASL/GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance verdict, free), add_suppression (record an opt-out / do-not-contact, free), reveal_contacts (1 credit per deliverable, auto-refunded), and get_credits. Prefer raw HTTP? Call /api/v1/search and /api/v1/reveal directly. Search, verify, contactability, and suppression are free; reveals are credit-metered.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?+
CSV export works today with any CRM that ingests CSVs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Apollo, etc.). Native webhook integrations are on our roadmap.
Can I use this with Clay / Apollo / Smartlead?+
Today: CSV export. Once our REST API ships (roadmap), Clay and similar workflow tools will be able to consume the feed programmatically.
